They provide a vast range of expert advice on property matters from buying/selling/letting residential and commercial property, farms & land, livestock & machinery auctions, and providing survey & valuations, professional services and antiques sales.
Project brief
Re-design of website promoting the companies wide breadth of property services and USP’s in style that that celebrates their longstanding 175 year West Country history and identity but in a clean, modern, contemporary way.
Communicate brand’s professionalism and expertise whilst still seeming approachable and friendly. Change perceptions of being “stuffy”.
Intuitive / simple navigation throughout the site.
More intuitive organisation of branch pages and service they offer.
Mobile friendly responsive design.
New flexible design of sales and auctions calendars that can be used across departments
Initial ideas moodpboard at the start of the project presented to client to showcase design direction drawing inspiration from the West Country roots with tweed, traditional village notice board and pub sign details as well as the use of signatures for a human touch and traditional bed and bath tub icon designs.
Project solution
Contemporary, elegant heritage UI style inspired by West Country roots and the pairing back of dark green brand colour.
